Important: Do not include confidential or proprietary information in listing inputs. Content sent to AI providers is subject to their respective data policies.
No Performance Guarantees: Content, images, and videos are generated "as-is" with no guarantees of SEO rankings, sales, or marketplace performance
Review Required: You must review all generated content, images, and videos before posting to any marketplace
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring content complies with Etsy's Seller Policies and other marketplace policies
Potential Inaccuracies: AI may occasionally generate inaccurate, inappropriate, or off-brand content
Image/Video Variations: AI-enhanced images and videos may have minor variations from the original product details
Not Liable: We are not liable for consequences of using AI-generated content, images, or videos, including marketplace enforcement actions, lost sales, or poor performance
7. Service Availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary outages or maintenance don't qualify for refunds.
8. Intellectual Property
The Spotlight AI Studio platform is owned by Introversion AI LLC
You own the content generated using your inputs
You receive a non-exclusive license to use the service for personal or commercial purposes
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The service is provided "as-is" without warranties
We're not liable for lost sales, rankings, or business outcomes
We're not liable for Etsy enforcement actions or third-party service issues (Stripe, OpenAI, Etsy)
Maximum liability is limited to what you paid
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Unused credits will not be refunded if your account is terminated for violations.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the updated version. Major changes will be announced via email.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina and the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Introversion AI LLC.

All users can sign up and receive 3 free credits to evaluate Spotlight AI Studio before purchasing.
Refund Eligibility
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. You can request a full refund within 7 days if you've used 3 or fewer credits — giving you a fair chance to evaluate the service before committing.
Not Eligible for Refund
We cannot process a refund if:
You have used more than 3 credits (trial or paid)
More than 7 days have passed since purchase
Your account was suspended for abuse or violations
You have previously received a refund
How to Request a Refund
Email support@introversion.ai with your account email. We'll review your request within 24–48 hours.
Processing
Review time: 24–48 hours
Refund time: 5–7 business days
Method: Refunded to original payment method via Stripe
Account status: Your account will be deactivated after refund completion
Chargebacks
If you dispute a payment without contacting us first, we may:
Suspend your account permanently
Challenge the dispute with proof of service
Restrict future purchases from your payment method
